The convention is occurring in buildings in central Cheltenham, England. Cheltenham is a town in the south west of England, with good road, rail and bus links. I will be updating this page with useful information as we go!

Climate

Cheltenham in November is very cold, and may even have snow. It may of course also be unseasonably warm, but best prepare for temperatures around zero degrees celsius, and for wet weather -a rain mac is probably essential. Sad but true, and i note this for our international visitors.

Horse Racing

Cheltenham is best known perhaps for it's horse racing -- the famous Gold Cup is run her in March. Have a look at the website for the racecourse.
